Description
Bibimbap, meaning “mixed rice,” is a beloved Korean rice bowl featuring an assortment of sautéed vegetables, seasoned meat (usually beef), a fried egg, and gochujang (Korean chili paste), all arranged over steamed rice. The dish is a harmonious blend of textures, colors, and flavors, embodying the Korean philosophy of balance and harmony.
